Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.

Job Summary:
The Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance will assist in managing the overall financial activities of the company, including accounts, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audits. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, monthly/quarterly/annual reports, and management accounts.
Assist in budget preparation, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including VAT, Tax (TDS, AIT), and other financial regulations.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Monitor and control expenditures to align with approved budgets.
Monitor & control factory overheads, production cost and daily expenses to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities of cost savings and optimization.
Assist in financial planning, cost control, and strategic financial decision-making.
Maintain financial data accuracy and implement internal control procedures.
Support ERP/accounting software implementation and maintenance.
Lead and guide junior finance team members in their roles and professional development.
