∎ Minimum 4 years of graduation from any UGC approved reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Recovery management of non-performing Corporate & SME assets: Recovery by Building relationship through frequent meetings and visits with the borrowers; Understanding the borrower & identifying the reasons for default; Tracing out the borrower who is absconding or whose business is closed or moved.
∎ Improve quality of Bank's asset portfolio: Reducing Bank's existing non-performing loan ratio; Maximizing cash recovery from non-performing asset; Ensuring meticulous compliance of regulatory & Bank's policy guidelines.
∎ Appropriate measures against assets with bleak recovery prospect: Transferring the file to third party Recovery agent; Preparing work-out-plan for initiating legal action against the defaulting borrower & ensuring implementation by support division.Write-off loans against which all the avenues of recovery are exhausted.
∎ Contribute to the income A/C of the Bank: Monitoring of restructured/ rescheduled/settled A/Cs to ensure recovery/closure within the stipulated time; Recovering interest suspended from income due to previous deterioration; Putting effort for recovery against written-off A/Cs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience with knowledge of local corporate markets, public sector, capital market and custodial services.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, selling and marketing skills.
∎ Strong analytical ability to support decision making.
∎ Ability to work under pressure i.e. meet deadlines, manage priorities and have multi-tasking abilities.
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment.
∎ Strong communication skills both in English and Bengali along with writing skills.
