Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
∎ Create and control QA Manual, procedures, process flow diagrams, instructions, forms and checklists
∎ To work with process owners to create or make revisions of policies, procedures and work instructions which will meet the requirements of Quality Management System.
∎ To provide support to management focused on achieving quality policy and quality objectives to meet customer requirements
∎ To ensure Quality system in accordance with ISO 9001
∎ Develop, Implement & manage KPI for each of the employee for accountability and responsibility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Practical knowledge on ISO 9001
∎ Experienced in similar position within garments manufacturing unit
∎ Should have strong knowledge of Quality Manual, Quality System & buyer’s audit
∎ Should have Creativity, Initiative, Innovation & Analytical Thinking ability
∎ Strong communication skills in written & spoken English & Bengali
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
