Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Engineering - IT/ Computer/ Electronics
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administer network and data security including directory, group policy, firewalls, virus protection, and email security.
∎ Provide support to all users of Head Office/ Site Office/ remotely working staff in terms of ERP, applications, IT tools, Company IT hardware, etc.
∎ Make routine support visits to Site Office for IT troubleshooting & maintenance.
∎ Manage and control IT budget.
∎ Manage and control software and domain licenses.
∎ Maintain IT stock information.
∎ Plan and process for procurement of IT resources and repair works coordinating with procurement department.
∎ Build professional relationship with vendors and recommend vendor selection.
∎ Ensure setup and maintenance of server, router, IP camera, etc.
∎ Ensure periodic data backup.
∎ Monitor servers, LAN/WAN, and Wi-Fi to ensure full coverage.
∎ Planning & Organizing Network Infrastructure.
∎ Assist to upgrade local application as and when required.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network problems.
∎ Maintenance & update company website information.
∎ Cross discipline coordination and support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Adept in handling ERP systems (preference will be given to candidates having experience working on Microsoft Dynamics)
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla in speaking and writing
∎ Expert knowledge in software applications.
∎ Good knowledge of network and communication infrastructure.
∎ Strong technical skills in software problem analysis and resolution.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ At least 3 to 4 years of experience in supporting ERP system
