• Highly experienced in Thermal Power Plant Engineering, Construction, Commissioning and O&M.
• Deep understanding on technology of Combined Cycle Power Plant (GE F-class D11 Steam Turbine).
• Profound knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Job Context: The Plant Manager/Chief Technical Officer will be responsible for the overall management of safety, operation, maintenance and engineering activities related to the 718 MW (net) CCGT power generation facility located in the Meghnaghat area. The Plant Manager will also support the company`s management from a technical standpoint to realize the company`s direction and vision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and management of the power plant according to key performance indicator (KPI).

• Develop safety protocols for the entire power plant and oversee safety-related activities in accordance with these protocols to uphold plant safety, including conducting safety risk assessments prior to maintenance, inspection, and repair works.

• Oversee the management of power plant emissions in adherence to environmental standards, including reporting to relevant organizations.

• Implementing rules for inventory management and repair of spare parts essential for the operation and maintenance of power plant equipment.

• Oversee the risk analysis of power plant operation, confirming risk identification and monitoring measures and reporting risks to the CEO.

• Ensure compliance with rules governing nonconformance management to uphold the quality of power plant operations and maintenance, overseeing corrective action results and follow-up.

• Establish protocols for maintaining and managing the performance of power plant facilities, including thermal efficiency.

• Establish maintenance rules for power plant facilities, including inspection and maintenance standards, to uphold facility health and minimize unplanned shutdowns, while also optimizing inspection content and intervals based on actual results to ensure equipment health.

• Establish protocols for inspection, maintenance, and repair planning aligned with equipment diagnosis results, legal requirements, regulations, and operational forecasts, overseeing the approval of Power Outage Plan and Planned Inspections.

• Participate in KPI, Operation & Maintenance review and management meeting.
