- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BCom/ BBA/ MBA majoring in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a related field from any reputed university.
Candidates from Public Universities or any reputed Private Universities with relevant training will be given preference.

Proven working experience as a Logistics & Distribution Manager.
Ability to plan and execute multiple tasks efficiently.
Logical, systematic, and proactive approach to work.
Capable of quick and realistic decision-making to solve operational challenges.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the overall activities of the Logistics & Distribution Department, including Store and Inventory Management.
- Utilize IT/ ERP Systems to manage requisition, stock, delivery, and related services.
- Coordinate and control Order Receiving and Delivery Management through associated information systems.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and control Transportation Management for product receipt and delivery.
- Allocate and manage staff resources, ensuring their optimal utilization, assignment, and development through proper training and supervision.
- Maintain effective communication, liaison, and coordination with customers, vendors, and service providers (e.g., courier, logistics partners).
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
