∎ LLB (Hon's)/ LLM from any Public University or recognized University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Prepare drafts & vetting of various sorts of Agreements. Contacts. (specially Land
∎ and Apartment related) Deeds. MOIJ. POA Mortgage. Redemption of Mortgage. Loan
∎ Agreement. Memorandum of Title Deed. Personal Guarantee. Legal Notice etc.
∎ Have Adequate Knowledge and Understanding in Land documents. Search and verify
∎ authenticity of Title Deeds, Khatians & Inspecting Lands.
∎ To provide Legal Opinion on Various Legal Matters or on Matters Related to Land Documents.
∎ Review of Loan and security documents of borrower of Banks. Leasing and any other
∎ financial institution.
∎ Visit competent Authorities for documentations. follow up and keeping the record of the same.
∎ Capable to work with Real Estate related organizations like RAJIJK. Public Works Ministry, NHA. AC Land office and Registry Office.
∎ Maintain all Legal file. documents and provide report as and when required to the Top Management.
∎ Well conversant with the Real Estate related Law. Company Laws as well as other
∎ important issues of compliance.
∎ To handle Labor Court/ Civil Court cases and close liaison with the legal advisor of
∎ the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 (Five) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Extensive Knowledge on Property Law, Land Law and Real Estate Act 2010.
∎ Able to provide Vetting all sort of Land related documents.
∎ Bangladesh Bar Council enrollment will be prioritized.
∎ Effective Time Management, Conflict Management, Team Player, Excellent
∎ Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent writing skill in English & Bengali.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
