Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Demonstrate negotiation skills to meet the targets;
∎ • Have to generate clients through various channels and match their needs;
∎ • Visit different areas frequently to create customers and nurture them;
∎ • Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products;
∎ • Creating new corporate/industrial or group customer to acquire the target;
∎ • Building a strong relationship with the customer;
∎ • Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution;
∎ • Ability to handle clients especially on land sale on different range of product of the Company.
∎ • Responsible for regular follow-up clients and maintain their records in the ERP.
