∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Educational qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed.

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & execute all knitting related activities to achieve maximum output through optimum utilization of man, machine & material as per defined KPI..
∎ Should look after the whole knitting technical aspect.
∎ Co-ordinate with all related departments to ensure the machine will not go idle, monitor the shift wise production target.
∎ Trained/motivate the staffs to monitor the process at each stage and follow the check points.
∎ Maintain the job cards on every machines with the fulfill all parameters e.g. PO no, yarn count, composition, Dia, GG, Stitch length & knitting plan route etc.
∎ Responsible for daily knitting production out put & daily targets with least rejection.
∎ Any other tasks assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Word, Excel.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Work experience with machine brands Fukuhara, Mayer & Cie.
