Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fabric Manufacturing
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Knitting & Weaving)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yarn requirement as per order and send to supply chain department
∎ Receive yarn date and ensure knitting program according to priority
∎ Prepare knitting program according to Logic ERP System
∎ Deliver buyer wise fabric with standard quality according to batch plan
∎ Ensure maximum utilization of in-house M/c, communicating with CAD department and change the finish dia
∎ Check previous finishing report & take decision for new knitting program
∎ Outsourcing of required M/c to meet the dyeing delivery date
∎ Ensure the required quality of fabric through strong supervision and proper follow up
∎ Check daily quality report and analysis fabric design
∎ Council with all worker & staff for reducing wastage & increasing production

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ BUTex graduate will get preference.
∎ Ready to work in night shift for at least 3 days in a week.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.

Salary: Negotiable
