- Good knowledge about all kind of knitted fabric
- Must have ability to analyze yarn type and count from specific knit garments / fabrics
- A good concept on knitting machineries
- Very good concept on fabric quality and ability to rectify the problems
- Must have experience to follow up knitting production within dead line
- Good communication skill in English (verbally and literary)
- Ability to work under pressure
