∎ Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the restaurant's profitability and customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with the executive chef to curate extraordinary menus and offerings that tantalize the taste buds of our discerning clientele.
∎ Continuously monitor industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition.
∎ Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives, guest engagement, and loyalty programs.
∎ Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets.
∎ Uphold strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for both staff and guests.
∎ Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to maintain a seamless supply chain.
∎ Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, handling inquiries and feedback, and resolving any issues with professionalism and tact.
