Job Context:
∎ Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.
∎ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
∎ English proficiency.
∎ Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
∎ Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications.
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
∎ PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and responding to emails and phone calls
∎ Conduct research on behalf of the employer and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
∎ Handle requests and queries appropriately.
∎ Manage communication with clients, vendors and other employees.
∎ Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
∎ Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as running errands or managing household staff.
∎ Responsible for gathering information & doing research on various topics.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Maintain diary and always organized.
∎ Solve problem and work well under pressure.
