Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, CSE, IT, EECE, EETE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Azure Vendor Certification,CCNA,MSCA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & monitor infrastructure resource utilization and performance, improving the efficiency of existing systems, and ensuring 24x7 service availability
∎ Design, planning and Implement network solutions for new offices and improve the efficiency of current networks
∎ Leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
∎ Manage, configure, and maintain server systems, application software, system management tools and Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, MS Active Directory & LDAP
∎ Manage and ensure day-to-day operations including installation, configuration, maintenance and access management of Microsoft Intune, MS Teams, G-suite, Slack, IT Helpdesk Service, Internal Applications and CRM Agents.
∎ Manage, configure, backup & restore Servers, Firewalls, Routers, switches & APs
∎ Supervise IT support team and ensure of PC Assembling & Troubleshooting, Access control system, IP Camera, Surveillance system, PABX etc.
∎ Work in a dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines of business/operational requirements
∎ Manage vendors and maintain effective communication with, peers, and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks
∎ Collaborate with business stakeholders & operation team leads to meet the business goals
∎ Analyzes information, identifies current and potential problems and propose effective solutions
∎ Analyzes on modern and relevant technologies based on management requirements and identify the best-suited solutions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ In-depth knowledge of infrastructure design and implementation using enterprise hardware and systems
∎ Good knowledge of network and security protocols
∎ Must be technically sound in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving problems related to infrastructure and services
∎ Excellent analytical, team management and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work in a team as a team player as well as leader
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
