Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in developing, enforcing, and maintaining IT policies, security policies, standards & procedures to govern, remain compliant and protect systems from cyber threats.
∎ Coordinate IT-related audit programs and certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2, and CMMI.
∎ Own the audit findings, implement recommended action items, and take related preventive actions.
∎ Participate in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to the organization's information assets, and implement risk management processes and procedures.
∎ Design, implement, operate & maintain Cyber Security Management Systems
∎ a. Conduct information security management reviews and information security management system (ISMS) assessments.
∎ b. Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat analyses and delegate remediation efforts to the appropriate team.
∎ c. Monitor network and system logs for signs of security breaches or suspicious activity.
∎ d. Perform incident response and investigations in case of a security breach.
∎ e. Participate in implementing and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security technologies.
∎ Provide security awareness training and education to employees to help prevent security incidents.
∎ Develop and maintain internal knowledge documents and manuals with the latest information of cyber threats, trends, and technologies.
∎ Participate in related functional and cross-functional projects.
∎ Maintain relationships with respective suppliers & stakeholders.
