∎ Should be familiar with Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for receiving, storing & issuing finished Products.
∎ Ensure timely dispatch, inventory control & management, monitoring loading & unloading, maintaining records, etc.
∎ Maintain quality standards of product.
∎ Maintain warehouse register & prepare stock reports regularly.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
∎ Responsible for quality checking/inspection of received goods.Ensures smooth delivery of product.
∎ Oversee the distribution process effectively & efficiently.
∎ Ensure that inventory is stored and handled properly.
∎ Identify and resolve issues related to damaged or expired products.
∎ Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and complying with company policies.
∎ Monitor and enhance the department's performance through effective management by using capacity & resources.
∎ Must be able to work independently and supervise the Inventory team members.
∎ Regular visits to all projects and routine inventory audits are essential.
∎ Any other task assigned by the superior/Head of Department.
