Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all processes, correct SMV included in bulletin before layout
∎ Identify the risk of all new styles
∎ Check improved SMV
∎ Ensure best Physical paper layout to optimize resource and efficiency
∎ work with Pre-Production team to mitigate identified risk at the sample stage
∎ Ensure all bulk sewing methods when production is running
∎ Save SMV by introducing new method development & innovation
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ at least 2 years work experience in similar role with large knit garments.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good at team work
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
