Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - IE (Sweater Factory).
∎ Job Location will be Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making effective monthly production plans of orders, coordinating with merchandiser, and production team with effective efficiency.
∎ Reviewing production plan to ensure timely shipment, and coordinating with merchandiser to supply raw materials in the production floor as per production plan.
∎ Concept design, justification, approval, and implementation of strategic production planning and line balancing to optimize productivity.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve quality and work on methods to reduce production costs.
∎ Evaluate and recommend technology, methods, and training to relevant teams.
∎ Increasing productivity and efficiency through method study, re-engineering, motion study, time study, and line balancing.
∎ Determining SMV, arranging, and designing process.
∎ Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects and wastage, draft garment manufacturing process breakdown and make a balanced production flow in line.
∎ Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards.
∎ Adopt good industrial engineering practices in every possible area of operation for better productivity and ensure optimization of resources.
∎ Monitor line-wise production reports on hourly basis output and study individual operator performance.
∎ Prepare monthly production and efficiency report, m/c breakdown report etc.
∎ Calculate SMV, prepare SMV archives, and process flow of various products.
∎ Monitoring production output and finding bottlenecks, technical, quality, and machine problems and having them solved immediately.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.

∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
