∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Refer and review monthly loading plan and identify critical style in machine, construction and SMV.
∎ Create machine requirement for the month.
∎ Identify and recommend skill requirements for the planned style based on skill inventory.
∎ Drive efficiency KPI targets set by company for relevant block daily.
∎ Assist and coach IE Executives in problem solving of bottle neck.
∎ Initiate line re-balancing based on Yamazumi chart update by IE Executives.
∎ Capture and evaluate SMV savings done by the team and encourage.
∎ Identify low performing lines and make strategies to make them perform with IE Executives.
∎ Motivate lines to earn Incentives given on productivity.
∎ Identify compliance and QMS failures in the relevant area and initiate corrective action with the team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Monitor assigned activities of IE Executives performed accurately and timely.
∎ Assure work aids defined is applied.
∎ Monitor efficiency ramp-up as per the plan and ensure QCO incentive is earned for each changeover (98%)
