Educational Requirements:
∎ Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development & preparation of Management Guidelines, Human Resource (HR) Policies, Procedures and subsequent maintenance and updating thereof;
∎ Maintenance of current & historical HR Records; designing of appropriate filing and retrieval system;
∎ Nurturing a positive working environment across all shop floors;
∎ Conducting of initial orientation programs for newly recruited employees; assess periodic training needs and monitor training programs;
∎ Coordinating with Departments as appropriate to provide Employees with Office Equipment, Stationeries, and Branding Materials etc. as are necessary and other perquisites as per Terms of Employment.
∎ Processing / Preparation of Reports or Documents pertaining to personnel activities e.g. Staffing, Recruitment, Training, Grievances, Transfers, Employee Benefits, Performance Evaluations etc.;
∎ Formulation, Maintenance and Monitoring of Employee' Annual Leave Roster;
∎ Contribute to the assessment of the Company's HR Requirement and development of the related Recruitment Plans and Strategies; assist the Management in the various stages of the Recruitment process; conducting and analyzing of Exit Interviews ;
∎ Maintenance of a Pay Plan through conducting of periodic surveys of pay - packages; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;

∎ Assist in the setting up of KRIs of Job Functions; designing the Annual Appraisal Format and measuring Annual Performance Ratings for onward Management actions e.g. Promotions, Increments, Incentives, and Reprimands etc.; oversee that the performance appraisal system is geared to achieve a high standard of performance;
∎ Addressing Employee Demands, Grievances or Other HR Issues promptly; counselling employees at Individual or Group Levels; assist in mediation in the event of disputes between employees and suggest disciplinary measures as and when warranted;
∎ Assisting computation of Payroll by way of providing such inputs as Absences, Bonus Entitlement, Leave, Staff Loan, Deductions (Provident Fund), Other Entitlements or Benefits etc.;

∎ Maintenance and Assessment of Employee Benefit needs and programs
∎ Ensuring Legal Compliance throughout HR Management;
∎ Any other HR - related Task or Job that may be assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in a similar or near - similar role;
∎ People - oriented and results driven;
∎ Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
∎ Good active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
∎ Sound knowledge of Labor Law and HR best - practices;
