Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the HR functions of the business unit.
∎ Develop and execute HR policies & process, ensuring best practices and up-market standards.
∎ Oversee HR operations related to Employee Life Cycle- Employee Joining, On-boarding, Performance Management, Employee Welfare and Exit management for all locations.
∎ Manage the HR payroll functions.
∎ Drive Organization Development strategies and goals through adoption of appropriate performance management systems, performance review and improvement plans, training and career development plans and various change management initiatives.
∎ Follow up on recruitment initiatives, focusing on Talent Attraction, Management and Retention to ensure stability and continuity to the talent pipeline.
∎ Implement employee engagement campaigns to motivate staff.
∎ Ensure adequate training and development programs for all staff to sharpen their existing job skills and provide a continuous learning platform for further career development.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Conversant with ERP software.
∎ Ability to train and motivate staff.
