Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - HR to lead our HR team and ensure seamless management of all HR operations, in full compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll processes efficiently.
- Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with current labor laws and compliance standards.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational performance.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and other legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business goals.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
