Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushak-9.1) within the due date for distributors.
Maintain all relevant VAT registers and documentation, including Mushak forms, challans, and purchase & sales registers using NBR-enlisted software.
Ensure proper deduction and deposit of VAT at source (VDS) and reconcile input-output VAT.
Ensure VAT compliance in every transaction and provide necessary support during VAT audits.
Provide VAT-related analysis, reports, and summaries to the section in-charge
Communicate and liaise with VAT authorities regarding various VAT-related issues and requirements.
Updates on Regulations: Stay updated with the latest amendments, SROS, and circulars issued by the NBR to ensure legal compliance
