Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade and supershop partners to ensure continuous business growth and long-term collaboration.
Execute sales plans to achieve sales targets through effective negotiation, promotions, and in-store activities.
Ensure timely order collection, accurate forecasting, and efficient product availability across assigned modern trade and supershop outlets.
Implement merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional displays to enhance product visibility and brand presence at retail stores.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions; prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, accounts) to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements.
