∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGD in Human Resources Manager will be a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Study labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation.
∎ Take part in the regular manpower budgeting and worker recruitment activities.
∎ Keep regular follow up with the Production and Quality department for smooth work flow and instant issues handling.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation of factory.
∎ To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff and other departments.
∎ Responsible to arrange all occasion of company as per management requirement.
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR team and deliver standard HR services within the framework of company policy & procedure.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR.
∎ Coordinate with management and shoulder responsibilities. Manage the recruiting process to attract and hire qualified workers and candidates for position vacancies within the company.
∎ Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management and the reporting.
