∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in HRM or Diploma in Social Compliance / Environment Management / Health & Safety Management will have an added advantage. No third Division / Class allowed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support the compliance function of the company.
∎ Look after compliance issues with Labour Law, Code of Conduct, Buyers Audit, Provide Reports, Compliance Training and to perform any other tasks as assigned by the management in respect of Compliance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
