Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resources & Development, Management and Leadership, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & oversee Talent Acquisition process of Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. within scheduled deadline. Ensure appropriate employee On Boarding program are managed well.
∎ Ensure a talent pool is always on for sales department for selecting required staffs for store department. Oversee the new staffs orientation program in sales department are well going and ensure the staffs are coping up with workplace environment.
∎ Prepare Yearly Learning & Development program with necessary budgets along with department head for desired internal focus group. Making sure TNA, TEE & Trainers evaluation, learning evaluation are properly recorded and evidence based development records are preserved for group/ particular employee.
∎ Prepare & various HR reports and metrics as per department heads requirement including monthly turnover reports, recruitment cost, time to fill, productivity report, employee ROI etc.
∎ Required Headcount planning, yearly HR planning, HR Budget would be integral part of job.
∎ Assist Department head to prepare, present, review and approve necessary policy, procedures, SOP, time to time as per business need with close input of management members. Manage all administrative issues in accordance with approved policy and Bangladesh labor law;
∎ Ensure all HR Services tasks are done on time and without interruption.
∎ Monitor and ensure automated attendance processes in all relevant locations are properly maintained by the all personnel. Detect deviation and prompt response to resolve the issue with HRIS provider.
∎ Ensure to all staffs are maintained under automated PMS as per KPI. Review Quarterly/ Bi Annual KPI of respective personnel with their line managers and enact accordingly.
∎ Ensure to prepare and disburse payroll/salary strictly on time.
∎ Monitor attendance & showroom activity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Languages: Good written and spoken English and Bengali;
∎ Knowledge: Good knowledge of information technology;
∎ Computer Skills: Computer proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel & power point, Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (HRIS) is an asset;
∎ Capacity to define priorities, adaptation, ability to work in team a multicultural environment;
∎ Sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under stress;
