Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she will lead, analyse the store sales team, Area in Charge and Area Sales Manager to help creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for sales stores.
∎ He/she will ensure the display strategy is in line with the company’s brand, products, and target market.
∎ He/she will generate sketches/model art or 2D/3D visual presentation of visual displays that meet the store’s visual design requirements.
∎ He/she will finalize display designs and shall create detailed floor plans, shelving plan for display areas.
∎ He/she will source props, creative materials, and accessories for displays in respective stores.
∎ He/she will Install and set up window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store display and supervise/ guide Store in Charges, Area in Charges for this purpose.
∎ He/she will change display to promote new product launches or to reflect respective festive or seasonal themes
∎ He/she will ensure uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
∎ He/she will maintain liaison with other department heads, Customers, other retail brand or display professionals and retail merchandisers, when necessary.
∎ He/she will monitor costs and working within budget.
∎ He/she will regularly follow, research, analyse and communicate constantly changing global Miniso display standard lifestyle and design trends that will be reflected the visual merchandising strategy.
∎ He/she will plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives
∎ He/she will analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock in close discussion and communication with Area Sales Manager.
∎ He/she will collaborate with vendors and suppliers for relevant materials to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
∎ He/she will maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately
∎ He/she will produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
∎ Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets
∎ He/she will monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
∎ He/she will remain up to date with industry’s best practices for display standard

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good writing and speaking ability both in English & Bengali. Should have knowledge in MS office and be able to correspond via e-mail
∎ Should have the ability to work for extended hours, work under pressure. Must be well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently, positive attitude to overcome any work challenges.
∎ At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail industry in display/merchandising division
