Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Must have ToT (Training of the trainers) certificate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development, training assessment, Training Conducting, Training Coordination
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify learning and development needs of Miniso & noir through job analysis, periodical TNA and regular consultation with respective departmental heads.
∎ Conduct periodical TNA (initial situation, expected situation and objective to achieve at the end of the training, profiles of the participants, level of priority, etc.) forms from all departmental heads and plan Training Design with HoD accordingly.
∎ Plan, Prepare, analyze and devise training KPI for trainee’s after conducting training to assess behavioural, technical and mental improvement and plan post training improvement plan with collaboration of departmental heads.
∎ Plan and propose annual learning and development plan to the HoD for the Organisation, finding synergies in between departments, prioritising training needs, assessing and optimising required budget.
∎ Coordinate and accomplish all relevant tasks to complete the learning and development plan on training day by taking advance approval from management.
∎ Build suggested career paths for our staff; with related suggested learning and development activities to nurture the retention of our talents;
∎ Build learning and development paths for our staff, to ensure the development of their skills in line with their performance objective; works in partnership with internal training offer lead;
∎ Following-up the plan and budget advancement; regularly assess and continuously improve learning and development activities efficiency and quality with due need and dimension of the company.
∎ Establish an annual balance of all learning activities done and present key performance indicators;
∎ Source, assess and establish professional network with third party training providers for onboarding necessary trainer from them for meeting external training needs of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have the ability to work for extended hours, work under pressure. Must be well organized, self-motivated and able to work independently, positive attitude to overcome any work challenges.
∎ Training module development in PPT, ability to using relevant features in the module is desirable.
∎ Excellent public speaking capability is required.
