Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the HR, Admin & Compliance functions and duties of the company.
To carry out recruitment process of factory worker & Sales force as and when required.
Provide one stop solution to the employees; arranging ID card, SIM card, Mobile Bill, Visiting Card, Bank Account, Laptop, various form or formats, etc. as and when required.
Maintain and update different records like leave, attendance, personal files etc.
To ensure that all existing and new employees are up to date about the company's policy, procedures and their duties.
To make sure that employees are working properly and doing work efficiently with integrity.
Coordinate HR projects (Meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes.
Preparing salary, wages, incentive, and overtime sheet of factory & Sales force.
To liaison with various Governments, Semi-Government & Non-Government Offices and updating all licenses required for running factory.
Handling disciplinary and grievance procedure, employee relation issues as per law.
Preparation /issue office note, memo, office order, all kinds of letter and circular in respect of HR and Admin issues.
To monitor the activities of security gate such as: Visitor Register, Dispatch Register, and In-out Register.
Any other jobs assigned by the management.
