Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Recruitment, Selection & Placement of required workers & Non-Management staff as per the approved HRP;
∎ Follow up training and preparation of the training schedule and modules based on the Training Needs Analysis (TNA), as well as conducting training, keeping records, and analyzing training feedback.
∎ Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
∎ Establish and maintain a peaceful industrial relationship among management and workers;
∎ Maintain disciplinary action procedures in the business unit.
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Liaise with different stakeholders, buyers, auditor govt. agencies & others as per business requirements;
∎ Ensure and follow up on licenses and certificates, along with necessary legal documents;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have working experience in HR & Admin with large composite/garments industry for at least 3 years.
∎ Should have good knowledge on BLA 2006 and BLR 2015.
∎ Knowledge in HR audit, security audit & others buyers' audit.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appreciate & acknowledge the team members.
