Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA with major in HR Management or Masters in any discipline with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel/ HR Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the HR, HS, Administrative and Security activities of the Plant
∎ Good industrial relations in alignment with corporate strategies and act as the catalyst in achieving optimum productivity from the employees.
∎ Legal & compliance issue management
∎ Grievance Handling & Disciplinary Action
∎ Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines and monitoring compliance etc.
∎ Contractors' & Vendor management.
∎ Ensure 100% of security management & control
∎ Ensure of on time arrangement of contract & worker as per organization needs.
∎ Dealing with concerned regulatory authorities of Bangladesh Government specially Departments under Ministry of Labour, Law enforcing authorities and local administration.
∎ Ensure that activities affecting the health, safety and environment are identified in order to minimize their risks and impacts through planning, communicating, implementing, monitoring and recording of actions for complying legal and other requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 7-8 years of working experience in HR field out of which at least 4-5 years in Stakeholder management & Industrial Relations in a manufacturing environment.
∎ Project exposure will get preference
∎ Having good knowledge in Industrial & labour Law
∎ Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Good Analytical skills.
∎ Need to be good team player.
