Channel Development & Expansion: Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, stockists, and key wholesalers (Bepari/Aratdar) within the assigned territory to expand market coverage.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive primary and secondary sales to meet or exceed the assigned monthly/quarterly volume and value targets.
Trade Operations Management: Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes, execute order booking, and oversee timely collection from channel partners.
Market Intelligence & Reporting: Regularly analyze and report on wholesale business performance, competitor activities, market trends, and sales forecasts to management.
Trade Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate trade terms, credit limits, and promotional activities with channel partners in strict adherence to company policy.
Account Management & Growth: Develop new accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers (distributors, wholesalers, key institutional buyers) to grow business share.
Business Development: Responsible for the overall business development and revenue growth across all assigned customer channels (wholesale, modern trade, institutional).
Market Feedback Coordination: Proactively report on market trends, price fluctuations, and product quality feedback from the trade to inform management decisions.
