Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Lead and manage the HR, Administration, and Compliance functions within the factory.
∎ • Coordinate the Recruitment and Selection process.
∎ • Monitor the probationary period of new employees and issue confirmation letters based on their line manager's recommendation, ensuring compliance with company rules and providing a proper financial breakdown.
∎ • Collaborate with employees to develop Performance Objectives & Role Profiles and oversee the performance appraisal process.
∎ • Ensure job satisfaction among all employees by facilitating proper career progression and motivation to optimize output.
∎ • Verify and control attendance, overtime hours, and leave records accurately, and prepare statements accordingly for timely and smooth salary disbursement.
∎ • Conduct audits/visits and coordinate with relevant departments to identify non-compliance issues according to ISO standards, taking corrective action as necessary.
∎ • Monitor, review, and implement policies and practices related to employee welfare.
∎ • Lead HRMIS and ensure its smooth operation across the organization.
∎ • Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ • Supervise the Security and Transport departments.
∎ • Communicate with various organizations such as labor offices, labor courts, fire and civil defense departments, police stations, and local authorities.
∎ • Assist line managers in complying with HR policies and procedures.

∎ Work at office
