Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research market requirements and standards to assess gaps and expectations from potential financial products
∎ Identify customer needs and plan measures for a desirable product design
∎ Evaluate the cost requirements and value proposition for the proposed product
∎ Conceptualize products that cater to the market needs
∎ Plan Product Positioning and Strategies for a viable product launch
∎ Prepare documentation along the product development cycle for stakeholders
∎ Communicate and coordinate with product teams and other stakeholders for a successful product launch
∎ Monitor relevant product roadmaps and plan Benchmark Tests for products throughout the Product Life cycle

Additional Requirements:
∎ Understand customer and market requirements and trends from core
∎ Convert the requirements into the appropriate product
∎ Create proper documentation for stakeholders and development teams
∎ Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills for ease of coordination
