Experience:
At least 6 years` total experience in the RMG sector. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Training & Development role.
Both the position and salary are negotiable, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills
Identify training needs across departments and develop appropriate training plans.
Prepare training materials, manuals, handouts, and visual content as needed.
Design and conduct training sessions for workers, supervisors, and staff.
Cover topics such as safety, compliance, quality standards, soft skills, and technical operations.
Assist with compliance-related trainings.
Support HR in employee development, onboarding, and performance improvement.
Maintain training database and prepare reports using advanced Excel functions.
Other facilities as per company rules.
