Job Responsibilities:
∎ To work with different functions to ensure updated organization positions and approved headcount
∎ Develop and implement contemporary talent sourcing methods commensurate to the overall business strategy to attract top quality candidates
∎ To build on existing systems to create HR tools including job descriptions, competency profiles and appointment letters to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization.
∎ To source for open positions through various talent sourcing tools such as the internal job positing, internal referral programs, company's webpage, online recruitment, campus placements and recruitment consultants.
∎ To ensure the complete assimilation of new talent into the business through the on-boarding process
∎ Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication Skills
∎ Experience in recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
