∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Investment Banking, Merchant Bank
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and enhance relationships with both existing and potential High Net worth Clients and other stakeholders
∎ Supervise and train client service team, to ensure services excellence
∎ Achieve sales target
∎ Queries management form different social media along with the team
∎ Assign, train and monitor outbound & inbound call by Client Service team to generate sales and provide support
∎ Produce sales report and ensure smooth sales operations of the team
∎ Be the first point of contact for all managed clients, delivering the highest degree of client service standards
∎ Provide a genuine advisory approach to clients
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding Interpersonal and Communication skills (Verbal and Written) in both English & Bangla
∎ Sharp sense of handling High Net Worth Clients
∎ Extensive knowledge on Relationship Management and Sales
∎ Team player and thrives in a fast-paced ever-evolving environment
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office
∎ Sound knowledge on mutual fund industry and overall capital market
Salary: Negotiable
