∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall operational activities;
∎ Plan and monitor Daily / Monthly Production targets;
∎ Ensure Quality Standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result;
∎ Set the priorities, and combinations of the wet and dry process according to the plan & target;
∎ Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and daily target production;
∎ Involvement in the monitoring of materials (Chemicals) stock for uninterrupted operation;
∎ Give full support to the Research and Development Department;
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement and give a report to the higher authority;
∎ Ensure that the team follows all safety and correct operation of the machine;
∎ Study continuously for the cost saving;
∎ Conduct regular meeting with all employee's once a week;
∎ Communicate with the maintenance department to ensure good running conditions of the machines & equipment for uninterrupted workflow;
∎ Communicate with the merchandiser & buyer for sample development & bulk production;
∎ Calculate the costing & submit wash cost for both (in-house & outside) orders.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
