Education:

Requirements:

Skills Required: ERP: SAP S4 HANA. Operating Systems: MS Windows and Linux. Lang,Operations,Production
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA operations is required.
Practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with a background in LPG cylinder manufacturing and LPG bottling plant operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and coordinate production processes on a daily basis to produce high quality products.
Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.
Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to management immediately.
Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.
Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities.
Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production goals.
Monitor all maintenance-related activities at the LPG Cylinder Manufacturing plant and LPG bottling system, firefighting system, and utility system of the plant and take corrective action if any discrepancy is found.
Monitor the housekeeping schedule in order to ensure a clean, healthy, and safe plant.
