5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing areas.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint AutoCAD and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) strong analytical ability team leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor the daily operation of the Net Fan production line.
Ensure production targets quality standards and delivery timelines are met.
Coordinate with Maintenance ,QA and Planning teams to resolve operational issues.
Track daily production efficiency material utilization, and process losses.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards, and 5S, KAIZEN, Lean Sigma practices.
Provide technical guidance and training to subordinates and operators.
Establishing production layout process flow and assembly setup for the new Net Fan line.
Coordinating with R&D, QA, and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.
Monitoring pilot production setting efficiency targets, and ensuring line balancing.
Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.
Achieving target productivity maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth operational transition from pilot to mass production.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.
