Experience:

• At least 7 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration / Footwear Engineering or relevant field.

• Professional certification in Supply Chain / Procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCM) will be an added advantage.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in material procurement within the footwear or apparel manufacturing industry.

• Footwear industry experience will get preference.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Sound knowledge of local and international sourcing processes.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent team management and leadership capabilities.

• Should be dynamic and team player having good interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.

• Computer literacy is must, especially in office package.

We are 100% export oriented and a large reputed footwear manufacturing industry seeking young, energetic, and motivated person to join our Material Procurement team under Marketing & Sales Department. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all procurement activities for raw materials, accessories, and components required for footwear production.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.

• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to achieve the best price-quality balance.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and planning departments for material forecasting.

• Ensure inventory with Quality and competitive price.

• Ensure materials are procured in compliance with company quality standards, lead times, and sustainability requirements.

• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier databases.

• Work closely with the supply chain and production teams to optimize material flow and minimize wastage.

• Support internal and external audits related to procurement and materials management.

• Perform any other task as assigned by the superior from time to time.
