• Age At least 30 years

• 5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing areas, preferably in a reputed electrical appliance manufacturing company.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) strong analytical ability team leadership and communication skills.

• Lead and supervise gadget operations to ensure efficient output.

• Plan schedule and monitor operation activities to meet delivery deadlines.

• Coordinate with Procurement Quality Maintenance and Warehouse teams for smooth operation.

• Implement process improvement and waste reduction initiatives.

• Support new product trials pilot runs and SOP preparation.

• Analyze operation data downtime and performance reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational standards.

• Support R&D and Product Development teams for new gadget industrialization.

• Coordinating with R&D, QA and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.

• Monitoring Operation setting efficiency targets and ensuring line balancing.

• Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.

• Achieving target productivity, maintaining quality and ensuring smooth operational transition from pilot to mass production.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.

• Review cost productivity and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with product quality cost and safety standards.
