∎ B.Sc in Apparel/ IPE will get reference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in PP meetings to identify the risk of all new styles. Follow up receiving the sample, cutting pattern and measurement sheet, and other relevant information from responsible parties.
∎ Follow up Receiving fabric from the store as per fabric order sheet and initiate for on-time availability of fabric for on-time cutting.
∎ Follow up all quality processes under QMS. (Ex; Shade wise laying, CPI, Relaxation, Etc)
∎ Follow-up order cutting ratio.
∎ Follow-up laying plan.
∎ Follow-up all processes of fabric cutting to avoid cutting fault.
∎ Ensure timely sending & receiving of cut product for print & embroidery as per plan.
∎ Maintain on-time delivery of Cut kit to sewing section as per demand.
∎ Align all the processes according to EOS
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish a business goals.
∎ Follow up with the Executives & Supervisors Daily routine & their work actions.
∎ Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements, and laws of the Land.
∎ Ensure Functional reporting, goal alignment & performance evaluation process (Monthly touch base).
∎ Perform daily GEMBA walk & conduct process audit.
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with the team.
∎ Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement sessions weekly with the Team members
∎ Maintain required MIS report. (Management Information System)
∎ Drive KAIZEN culture.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 35 years
∎ The applicant must have working experience in Cutting with large reputed knit garments.
∎ Should have minimum 2 years in experience in the same position
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
