Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in Compliance/ Relevant courses will be treated as an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to ensure implementation of the Compliance as per Compliance manuals.
∎ The candidate must have special art on written a CAP (social/technical/accord/alliance).
∎ Have to carry out regular Compliance Audit in factory and put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation and provide reports thereof.
∎ Have to prepare and update assessment of Labor Laws requirement from Compliance point of view.
∎ Should have the capacity to face various audit inspection. Have to monitor all health, safety & environmental issues in the whole factory premises.
∎ Have to perform Compliance audit at factories in conjunction with Buyers Compliance guidelines.
∎ Have to be capable handling Disciplinary & Grievance issues. Will address employee relation issues, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures as per law.
∎ Have to be capable organize training / awareness on regular basis.
∎ Have to maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation.
∎ Should be capable of maintaining a 100% compliant factory.
∎ Should be capable to train personnel on Fire Fighting, use of Personal Protective Equipment on health & safety issues.
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord / Alliance requirement, Social, Ethical, SCS, C-TPAT audit and so on.
∎ To handle all types of Buyer's/ Social Compliance, technical Audit & organize the factory.
∎ Should have detail and proper experience on HIGG FEM.
∎ Liaison with Fire & Civil Defense, BGMEA, BKMEA, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong capability on mailing correspondence, writing memo, dealing with the buyers, conducting meeting and leading the team.
∎ Have to be very fluent both in written and verbal communication in English.
