∎ Graduates/ MBA or degree in MIS would be given preference.
∎ Professional certification in SCM/ Sales & Marketing is a plus point.

∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ceramic Industry, FMCG
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage sales and marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
∎ Implementation of business intelligence tools and processes and develop analytic Dashboards/ Visual reports.
∎ Sales force automation with digital tools, such as; CRM, Planning and Maintenance Module (eAM).
∎ Assist with the review of end-user documentation and training materials. Conduct end-user training as a trainer.
∎ User Administration of CRM system to be implemented.
∎ Self-starter with an ability to manage and execute projects from start to finish.
∎ Coordinate with Central BPM team for ERP and CRM Operational support.
∎ Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments.
∎ Capability and eagerness to think outside the box.
∎ Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills as the SPOC for CRM, Planning and Maintenance Module (eAM) support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in Sales & Distribution.
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of hands on experience in operation of consumer goods using digital technologies and tools in CRM/ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
∎ Very strong understanding of marketing & sales operations and Customer Relationship Management concepts.
∎ Good understanding of digital tools & technologies in the context of Marketing, Sales & CRM.
∎ Advance data analytics and computing skills would be an advantage.
∎ Time-management, organizational and planning skills.
∎ Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
