∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from any public or private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Layout and Financial Analysis.
∎ Set the standard features for the proposed project.
∎ Meeting with the Landowners to get all the opinions / demands of Landowner, talk on documentation.
∎ Finalize the features, sharing and financial benefits with the Landowner.
∎ Finalize the terms and conditions with the Landowner.
∎ Complete the signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.
∎ Knowledge of FAR, BNBC and other system and rules of conversion, admin and registration etc.
∎ Development and Motivation of the Team
∎ Increase operational efficiency and quality
∎ Customer-centric activities
∎ Ensure company's mission, vision, culture among the team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
∎ Skills Required: Advertising & Promotion, Customer Relation, Excellent communication skill, PRESENTATION SKILLS
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skills
∎ Ready to undertake Target oriented Sales Duties
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Must have the ability to coordinate sales activities (Internally & Externally)
