Additional Requirements:
5-6 years of experience in Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing areas, preferably in a reputed electrical appliance manufacturing company.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle), strong analytical ability, team leadership, and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan and oversee daily operations for AC
Coordinate with Production, Quality, SCM, and R&D for new product introduction and process optimization.
Prepare production schedules, monitor material availability, and ensure on-time output delivery.
Track process performance (OEE, yield rate, downtime) and implement corrective actions.
Analyze process bottlenecks and propose productivity improvement measures.
Prepare periodic operational reports for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean Production).
Coordinating with R&D, QA, and Supply Chain to align component sourcing and product quality standards.
Monitoring production, setting efficiency targets, and ensuring line balancing.
Developing SOPs and manpower structure for continuous operation and scalability.
Achieving target productivity, maintaining quality, and ensuring smooth operational transition from pilot to mass production.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
Review cost, productivity, and process parameters to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with product quality, cost, and safety standards.
