Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile Engineering/Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/Physics or Relevant Subjects.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISO 17025

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring sample handling and report generations are done correctly as per SOP/Methods/clients' requirement
∎ Maintaining clients' agreed TAT (Turn Around Time)
∎ Organizing and monitoring training, quality checking and productivity.
∎ All type of Audit preparations.
∎ Receiving & recording all complaints and identify cause analysis & take corrective action.
∎ Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained.
∎ Checking & signing test reports.
∎ Coordinating with QA and updating all records as per the needs of Quality policy
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping
∎ Arranging daily, weekly & monthly lab activity reports
∎ Ensuring all weekly / monthly clients reports are delivered
∎ Train relevant staffs in any updates in buyers testing requirement/manual and SOP/methods
∎ Monitoring the performance of the coordination staffs.
∎ Answering queries from customers related with testing/technical subjects
∎ Attending customers meeting on technical subjects
∎ Conducting training/seminar on clients' testing requirement & different regulatory subjects
∎ Assisting Business Development team in price development & technical areas

Additional Requirements:
∎ Dealing with buyer and customers
∎ Technical Training on Textile Testing (Physical, Colour Fastness, Fibre & Flammability)
∎ Technical Training on Analytical Testing
∎ ISO/IEC 17025: 2017
∎ Munsell test
∎ Ishihara test
∎ Calibration & uncertainty
