Experience:
Hands-on experience to run customer-facing and sales related applications (Selfcare App and Web, Retailer and DSR App, Streaming related applications) and maintain their day-to-day life cycle.
Proven experience to serve large scale production-grade customer-facing applications and ability to manage operations for 24x7 support services.
Clear understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Business Continuity Management, SLA, OLA, Application Security & Risk Management, Inventory & Data Governance, Project Management, Application Lifecycle Management, IT Governance and Cloud Technology.
2+ years of strong working experience with Linux/Unix based large scale customers facing applications.
Sound knowledge in Cloud Platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure or Google Cloud Platform).
Hands on working experience of RDBMS: MySQL/ PostgreSQL/ Oracle/MSSQL/NoSQL.
Experience on tuning, scaling web servers (Nginx, Apache, Tomcat).
Expertise on database design, scalability, performance tuning & optimization.
Expert knowledge of Python/ Bash scripting
Must have expertise in monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, ELK Stack, Nagios, Prometheus etc.
2+ years of development experience will be plus.
Hands-on experience in server, application & database hardening.
Strong knowledge of system integration, API management, and cloud technologies.
Oversee the architecture, deployment and maintenance of customer-facing solutions (Selfcare app and web, retailer and DSR app, streaming eco system etc).
Implement measures to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
Drive the integration of new services and models into the consumer solutions ecosystem.
Manage day-to-day operations, monitor their progress toward goals and maintain service availability and performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends and best practices.
Protects both application and data by implementing and installing security measures, maintaining security compliance and taking necessary precautions.
Ensure system scalability and performance to support organizational growth.
Manage vendor relationships, SLAs and compliance for system-related contracts.
Ensure implementation & practice of the company’s compliance guidelines and processes throughout the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and manage resource allocation.
